As only 10% of JCPenny’s products are shown in their retail stores, the retail giant solicited the talents of Enrique R Grullon to modernize their client’s experience. Under his leadership, the “Find More” console was created thus allowing customers to shop and order products not featured in stores. With over 8 months as Solutions Director of TheBigSpace, JCPenny’s engineering teams were mentored to create web services for instant real time access to product catalog changes, pricing and inventory. Products ordered from the console were shipped directly to the customer.
